Teen Bride Rag Picking to representing India at the United Nations

From a child bride to a video journalist, from ragpicking to representing India at an international conference, Maya Muktai has achieved more than many people achieve at twice her age. She joined the Kagad Kach Patra Kashtakari Panchayat in 2003 and signed up for training programmes under them. Dr. Cyrus Poonawalla gifted Maya Muktai a car, to help her commute from village to village to help villagers around Nasik.
