Sanmati Bal Niketan Orphanage
for Boys in Manjri

‘Maai' as she is fondly called by children and all those privileged to know her, has been conferred the prestigious Padma Shri Award for her humanitarian work. Sindhutai Sapkal founded both, Sanmati Bal Niketan and Mamta Bal Niketan, orphanages for boys and girls respectively and at Villoo Poonawalla Foundation we aim to help these orphanages renovate with improved infrastructure consisting of restrooms, a library, a shower, and a computer room as well as provide the children with new study material, furniture, books, computers, ration, clothes and medicines, etc.
